You might think about your vitamin and minerals levels, zinc especially.
Secondly, you might consider detoxing.  There are many traditional ways: juice fasting; zeolite, clay, etc.
Not medical advice, but just general knowledge.  Whenever your body suddenly does something different, it is good to seek the reason WHY.
