Dear Doves,

The following two Scriptures tell us that there will be NO 'Gentile' tribulation saints after the rapture occurs:

Romans 11:25-26
"blindness in part has happened to Israel UNTIL THE (rapture) FULLNESS OF THE GENTILES HAS COME IN. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written."

2 Thesalonians 2:10-12
"and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE LOVE OF THE TRUTH THAT THEY MIGHT BE SAVED. And for this reason GOD WILL SEND THEM STRONG DELUSION, that they should believe the lie, THAT THEY ALL MAY BE CONDEMNED WHO DID NOT BELIEVE THE TRUTH but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

SO YOU SEE, time runs out at the time of the rapture for the 'Gentiles' to be saved. Those 'Gentiles' who are NOT saved at the time of the rapture will receive a "strong delusion" from God so that they cannot be saved AFTER the rapture, but rather they are condemned.
 
Therefore, ALL tribulation saints AFTER the rapture are Jews because God turns away from the 'Gentiles' when He sends them a strong delusion so "that they ALL may be condemned" as He turns His attention to saving ONLY THE JEWS after the rapture.

Therefore, because the 'great multitude' standing in front of the throne in heaven are from EVERY tribe, nation, people and language it is the raptured Church because AFTER the rapture ALL OF THE TRIBULATION SAINTS ARE JEWS from only ONE nation.
