"October possibilities (27th)"
Ron Reese & Paul Wilson, I read both of your posts w/ intrest - Thank you!
Paul,
I too have taken note that the feasts seem like they should occur in
the "actual" fall, which would occur after the equinox. It makes
sense that it would be fall and not summer. Here in Nebraska,
there are no farmers that harvest in September, but October is when the
early harvest of corn occurs. Also, the summer has the earth with
a "head bowed" tilt towards the sun, where as the fall is when earth
has a "face to face" meeting w/ the sun. I am not saying I'm an
expert in this, or right in any way, just considerations.
Ron, I have written in the past on Oct 27th. Here are some interesting occurances on this day:
* This is the day when Constantine had his "Cross" vision (312)
* The city of Philadelphia was founded (1682)
* The very first launch for the Apollo program takes place "Mission Saturn-Apollo 1" (1961)
Also, this is the 300th day of the year:

And, I didn't do this on purpose, but I looked @ my clock and I am typing this @ 10:27 a.m. Hmmm....
