"Hating Abortion..."
John Clark,
That article is so true.
The Church should be out there fighting for the lives of the
slaughtered innocents. Yet when my kids were in 'youth group' and
wanted to do Pro Life ministries, they were discouraged! Yep, you read
that right..."Pro Life T-shirt Day"? *might get kids in trouble at
school*, volunteering with the local Crisis Pregnancy Center? *they
have enough volunteers, thanks*, Bringing in guest speaker to teach
kids what the schools will not (like common sense prenatal
development)? *might upset some of the kids*. They were afraid. We are
lucky that there is no abortion clinic in our County, but the local
"Family Planning" run by the State just sends girls to the neighboring
County. We do have the highest teen pregnancy rate in the State
tho...but at least they aren't slaughtered!
What people fail to
realize is that this is, pure and simple, SACRIFICES on the altar of
Baal. Seriously. The same reason those ancient people threw their
firstborn into the brazen hands of the idol to be cradled at is roasted
alive, are the same reasons people give for having an abortion. It's
always a selfish, 'me first' mentality that satan whispers into the
ears of these young females....it has to do with money, career, school,
activities...People like George Tiller, the biggest provider of late
term abortions, would perform these murders up to the delivery date,
sometimes for something as trivial as 'the emotional distress of
missing prom'! This man (actually more of a devil that a human), would
rip an innocent child from the safety and security of it's mother's
womb for pay (isn't that called a 'hit man'?)....and he became very
wealthy for it. Unfortunately, you can't dance with the devil and not
get burned...in the most ironic twist, he was gunned down in what
should have been a safe place, a church. But honestly, how safe can it
be if they considered him an upright, outstanding citizen who just
wanted to help women? That is the kind of Christianity that is
infecting The Body.
When my daughter was a full time Pro-Life
activist/writer/photographer, she said one of the most disturbing
protests she took part in was at a clinic right across the street from
a mainstream church. I guess this clinic was open on Sundays to meet
the busy schedules of working women. When her group was set up with
their 'developmental charts' along the road, suddenly they were
basically under verbal attack...BY THE CONGREGATION!!! They had moms
cussing them out from their cars, they had people yelling vile things
as they walked into the church building...she said it was so surreal!
Instead of the church taking advantage of the location & using it
as a ministry tool, they just turned a blind eye to the murders being
done just across the street. She said it was so perverse.
But,
as the article says, people may be 'pro-life' or even 'anti-abortion',
but they haven't come to the HATE that we need to muster up to tackle
this holocaust of the innocent.
Blessings~
