"BG Ellis: The Final Jubilee starts in 2015."
Great post BG Ellis,
I entirely agree
with this idea..."from the going forth of the command to restore and
build Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince"...all aspects/variables have
to match to make a perfect fit...any other date and various mismatches
occur. I reason why this might be difficult to understand is b/c for
many of us here in the U.S. disaster on a national scale and
tribulation is not overwhelmingly obvious...even though hardship
abounds...things are still relatively intact. But being in the U.S. its
as though we are in a box so to speak looking in at ourselves and we
say, "its not a complete disaster of biblical scale...the tribulation
has not started just yet", but we fail to realize that many in the
world are in dire straights. I think if we were to take an aggregate of
the entire world population many might agree, to the contrary of us,
that the tribulation has begun...(my own opinion).
I think
basing the return of Christ from Daniel 9 is sound/concrete...which
leads to Sep. 23, 2015. Any other date and certain variables dont match.
The
rapture is mysterious in that the year of its occurance is shrowded in
mystery...but I think attempting to determine the timing of the
tribulation based on the rapture is backwards. Think of it like an
equation...4 + 2 = x. x is the rapture and the 4 and 2 (known variables
are the tribulation). Its impossible to use "x" (the rapture) to
determine the tribulation, but possible to use the 4 and 2 to determine
the value of "x". And the known values of 4 and 2 (the tribulation and
timing) are found in Daniel 9. So then back to the beginning, in order
to determine a rapture date (mystery) we have to first determine the
timeframe of the tribulation...and Daniel 9 amongst others points us
there...in which the tribulation ends Sep 23, 2015...feast of
atonement...all variables fit!!!
May Christ return soon...
