Just a word of encouragement for all the wonderful Doves that gather together on this site to love, praise, and wait on Jesus.
 
This is not a prophecy, includes no numbers, and has no proufound revelation.  The Lord does not usually reveal those things to me, except for what I read on Doves.  However, He does press upon me to encourage others.   I am thankful that I can come to this site and express my love for the Lord, no matter how elementary or how repetitive and know that I won't be judged.  Thank you Doves!!
 
As I was praying this morning, I was telling the Lord that we're all just waiting and waiting and yearning for Him.  He is so pleased by our love for Him.  But Jesus is so in love with so many others too - others who have not given themselves to Him.  It seems that He is waiting until the very last minute to retrieve His brid, because He wants to wait as long as needed until more of those whom He loves receive Him and truly surrender.
 
As I was thinking this, it was as if I could feel that same feeling.  It made me so sad for Him, because He has the same desires as we do.  He longs to see us and can't wait, but at the same time, some of those He is longing for do not love Him back, even despite what He has done for them.  I cannot imagine the grief He feels.
 
In the strangest way, this thought of Him encouraged me.  He is not delaying just to delay.  He is not waiting just for an exact appointed time; He is also waiting on those He loves.  Some days it just feels like His coming is never going to happen.  This thought just helped me to remember that HE IS COMING; He just wants us ALL to be with Him.  All of us, and some just have not yet come to Him.
 
And finally, this means we all still have work to do.  How many of those whom He is waiting on need to hear a word from us??  Lord Jesus, show us your people who need to hear about you.  May your Holy Spirit stir in their hearts as we speak to them!  And may we all be obedient to reach out to all of those you bring on our path and in our hearts.
