John and Doves,The number of quakes around Christchurch since 9/4 is now 1,768.Today, 10/12 there were 4 and they were all at 5Km depth.Yesterday there were 11 total and the last 7 were all at 5Km depth except one which was at 4Km depth (pretty close).So, the last 11 quakes spread over 2 days have all been at 5 Km depth except one at 4 Km being very close.It is now Wed as I wite this at 7.50pm Perth time.Also, many of the quakes run in a rough line from East to West from Christchurch aligning with #77 Highway.
