"Mine Rescue in Chile"

John and Doves,

Thanks Mary Anna for your link to the uplifting (pun intended) story about the 33 soon to be rescued miners in the San Jose mine in Chile.

Did it say San Jose? Yes it did! San Jose = Saint Joseph or Joseph, husband of Mary, mother of Jesus.

The rescue vehicle is named "Phoenix".

So, the Phoenix is about to bring 33 trapped miners back into or up into the sunlight or up towards the sun.

They have been down there since Aug 5

The drill drilling the escape shaft broke though to them on Oct 9

The day gap = 65 days = 5 x 13.

They plan to start lifting the men out on Wednesday 13th

The next day, 14th is the closing ceremony of the 19th Commonwealth Games in Dehli, India.

Let us pray that they all get out safely.

Blessings,

Phil
