"Sherry, Trib. Temple"
Re: Typical Tribulation response.
That would be an oversimplification and a very much incomplete answer regarding the Pretrib. position.
Now
as I have shared again, a fuller explaination can be read in Things To
Come by Dwight Pentecost, or Dr. Walvoord in Systematic Theology.
There are additional theologians but listening to Prophecy In the News,
you will find articles pertaining to the 3rd Temple. Also, Grant
Jeffrey as well or Alfred Edersheim, The Temple.
But, I
refer to the Temple Institute in Israel. The Sanhedrin is
complete, the Levitical Priesthood is complete as well as the Priestly
Garments. You can see pictures of the Temple materials such as the
laver and all instruments used in the Temple worship.
Yes, and
even the materials for building the Temple are in place. It won't
take long to build it. Ah, but wait, Grant Jeffrey has learned
they do have the original Ark of the Covenant in hiding in a
undisclosed location, per the Rabbis.
The religious Jews
are still looking for their Messiah and their eyes will be wide open
when the Abomination of Desolation, not 70 A.D. as this is the doctrine
of Replacement Theology you are expousing. As I have stated in
past writings, th 70th week of Daniel is referring to Jacob's trouble,
specific to Israel and then to the nations. At the time of the
destruction of the Temple in 70 AD, there were no 10 kingdoms in place
ruled by 1 leader with a False Prophet. All this is yet to be
fulfilled and soon to happen.
The Temple Institute
believe very shortly they will have the go ahead to build the 3rd
Temple, a literal Temple on the Temple Mount. This plan has
already been negotiated secretly where the Temple Mount will be divided
into 2. Ezekiel calls the area next to the Temple, "The Profane
Place".
I will take the literal translation first and
then when the Scripture itself uses an allegory, such as "like as a..."
I know it is a picture. Thess. has an order of events, the
catching up and then the Son of Perdition being revealed.
