Bill, I think you are absolutely right.  A vote is a covenant.

 

Your letter made me think of what Moses said to the Children of Israel just before they were to enter the

Promised Land.

    "I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death,

blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live...."  Deuteronomy 30:19

I agree. I would also like to point out again, that the American people, and a large majority of the Jews in America and also in Israel, many having dual citizenship and able to vote absentee, overwhelmingly supported Obama and the Democrats in 2008. They are the 'many' of Daniel 9:27 who radified Obama's 'covenant' of Oct 29, 2008 with both their votes and support.
