THE MINE SIGN
The world will be watching as 33 Chilean miners are being rescued after 70 days of being trapped in what news agencies are calling their “underground purgatory.”
This event takes on deep spiritual meaning when looking at these two numbers, 33 and 70. Bernarda Lorca, one of thousands who have traveled to the mine now known as Camp Hope, pointed out that, "There are 33 of them, and Jesus died and came back to life when he was 33."
For prophecy watchers, the 70 looms even larger for it is telling the world that we are entering the 70th week of Daniel as this rescue is taking place. The "Mine Sign" further confirms that October, 2017, marks the end of the Tribulation period.
