Doug,
During
this epoch, the head of Hydra will always appear between the celestial
equator and the Sun's ecliptic. If it were possible to continue 9,500
to 10,000 years from now, due to precession, the head of Hydra will
rise above the ecliptic which is the Sun's apparent path. The body of
Hydra lies below the celestial equator, which is really the earth's
equator projected upon the sky. Typically, the sun is above the head
of Hydra during the first few days of August, centered around the 4th.
One
interesting thing regarding the constellation Hydra is the retrograde
motion of the planets about its head. Beginning around the millennium
(2000) the visible planets begin to appear to circle over its head;
Jupiter, Mars and Mercury for periods; Saturn hovers about the head of
Hydra throughout 2006. During August-September of 2015 Venus circles
very closely about its head as if to sever it at the neck and them
resumes full forward motion towards the end of September. In longer
frames of time, this motion probably isn't rare, but coupled with other
pieces of the puzzle of the end times, seems to be more than
coincidental.
In Christ,
Kevin H.
