I think it is more significant that after Saturn goes down with the Sun on Oct 1 Jupiter rises and shines all night long.  You can go out and see for yourself, if it is a clear sky. Look toward the S. East, of course. I've already done that.  It is so bright.  It will shine throughout October at night.
 
Saturn did have an heliacal rising on October 1 but it moves on out of Virgo very soon. Jupiter is the King Planet.
 
My take on the throne is that it is above the stars so it is even above the Planet Saturn. God created the firmament and that is where he put the stars, planets and the earth. The earth is not one of the planets/wanderers. They are: Venus, Mercury, Mars Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto with the Sun as the eternal flame. When that eternal flame goes out we will be Raptured.
