There was a swarm of three +5 Baja quakes on 10-20.  A 5.9 at  4:09:44(UTC), a 5.5 at 4:15:39, then a 5.8 at 6:58:15.  The interval between the first two is 6:55, the next interval is 166:15.

The 6.9 was on 10-21 at 17:53:14.  The interval is 37h 44m 35s.  Adding this interval to the time of the 6.9 quake leads to 10-23 at 7:37:49.

There are definitely some interesting numbers here, but I'll leave that to others.
