Any Doves fluent in Astronomy? How can you tell when the sun and the moon are in a certain constellation?

"Any Doves fluent in Astronomy? How can you tell when the sun and the moon are in a certain constellation?"

I am totally clueless so I am wondering if there is a chart or website or the like to detect which constellation the sun and moon are currently in and will be moving to (date wise).

Any help would be much appreciated as I have no idea of how to figure this out. All the Google searches end up with Astrology (UGH!).
