Who is more 'qualified' and egotistical enough to step forward to 'be the head' of the newly re-birthed (by the Treaty of Lisbon November 3, 2009) Holy Roman Empire (aka European Union)?

Matthew 23:9
"And call no man your father upon the earth: for One is your Father, which is in Heaven."

Who is it on earth that insists thst he is 'holy and reverand' and goes by the assumed name of 'holy father'?

That is the one who sits on his own throne in Rome. This assertion isn't much of a stretch.
