EXAMPLE #1

2 Thessalonians 2:8
"AND THEN the lawless one will be REVEALED."  when?

2 Thessalonians 2:3 & 6 - 7
"...and the man of sin is REVEALED, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.".... "And now you know what is restraining, that he may be REVEALED in his own time...." He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way."

The anti-Christ is THEN REVEALED 'as a result' of the restrainer being removed allowing him to sit in God's temple showing himself to be God.

EXAMPLE #2

Matthew 24:21
"FOR THEN there will be great tribilation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be."  when?

Matthew 24:15
"Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, STANDING IN THE HOLY PLACE."

The "great tribulation" THEN COMES 'as a result' of the anti-Christ being revealed and his standing in the holy place.

As soon as the 'restrainer is removed' (ie. the rapture occurs) the anti-Christ "is revealed", he stands in God's temple as God, and the "great tribulation" begins in "the middle of the seven".
