Your chart showing the number of moons ( either 86 or 87) in a given seven-year period is noticeably missing the seven-year period from 2011 to 2018. This particular seven-year time period beginning Rosh Hashanah 2011 also has 86 moons which also qualifies it for the last seven years.

In fact, according to the 'NASA New Moon Calendar' for future years there are exactly 2,550 days (including 86 moons) from the New Moon September 27, 2011 (Rosh Hashanah 2011) to September 20, 2018 (Day of Atonement 2018). Israel will be 70 years old on May 14, 2018.
