"Kevin Drake back under law, Church and Israel both need to see they can't keep the law"

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the response and question.

I was referring to the Christians who have chosen to place themselves under the law again after having tasted of the freedom from the law in Jesus. These will be found in the tribulation having had their candlestick removed and no longer are they part of the church but now must be saved the way someone was before the church which is through Israel.

Everyone needs Jesus to be saved but as Paul said, many who are ignorant of God's righteousness are seeking to: (I'll let Paul say it)

 1.  Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.
 2.  For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
 3.  For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
 4.  For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

This is true for both Jew and Gentile. Whether one is in the church but spewed out or never was, after the rapture they must come to salvation knowledge in Jesus or be forever lost. The purpose of the law is and always was to show every man his need for Christ.

Not sure how this enters into your discussion with others but I can easily see how the law could again take a prominent place in a post rapture dispensation. In order to finally convince people of their need for Christ. Kind of like the allegory the Pilgrim's Progress, how the pilgrim was falsely steered out of the narrow way to a legalistic alternative to the cross and was confronted by the Mount Sinai and the law and he could not pass there but had to repent and go back in order to find salvation. Many today are on that false alternative but they do not know that they have chosen a false way and will only wake up when confronted by the full exposure to that Mount and law. Then they may see their error and repent.

I hope this makes sense.
