"Barack Obama - Mideast Peace"Hi:> > Next there is the matter of the second Abomination which causes Desolation (AOD), which Jesus indicated would be the clear signal of who the AC will be. Recall in Revelation 2:13 that the provincial city of Pergamum is called the “seat, or throne, of Satan.” That phrase seems odd there, almost a non sequiter. But perhaps God was providing an acid test of the AC for us.> > Hitler gave a series of mesmerizing speeches to the assembled masses. It was a coming out party of a sort, where the world realized this was no ordinary politician. He seemed imbued with an almost hypnotic ability to say nothing in particular, but in a way which enraptured the youth. And he did it while speaking from a replica of Berlin’s most famous ancient museum piece: The Temple of Pergamum, aka The Temple of Zeus, aka The Throne of Satan.> > So did BHO (Obama) visit the Museum of the Temple of Pergamum in Berlin while he was there? Presumably he did. As his hosts showed off their city, surly they must have taken him to their famous museum. Did he see it? If so, did he receive any spiritual signals, or any power, or any anointing from the Throne of Satan, like perhaps Hitler and Antiochus before him? We do not know.> > So, curiously, Obama chose to deliver his rousing political coming-out speech to the assembled, mostly youthful, masses from a replica of the Throne of Satan, just like Hitler had done many decades ago. Thanks for your interesting information. I didn't know Obama spoke in Berlin, or about the Pergamon Museum, which I found out about in my search on the Internet. I often find interesting things on the way to looking up something else. This was one of those times. I thought you might be interested in what turned up.First, on youTube, I listened to Obama's entire speech. (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=OAhb06Z8N1c)He spoke to over 200,000 people in Tiergarten, a large central park in the heart of Berlin.Barack Obama Hosts German Campaign Stop For World Presidency--UPDATEDJuly 23, 2008 / 12:14 am • By Dr. Melissa ClouthierThe Guardian reports this: "The centrepiece of the European leg of Obama’s visit will be his Berlin speech. Liberal and conservative politicians in Germany expressed consternation that Obama plans to address the crowds from beneath the golden angel statue which graces Berlin’s Siegessäule, a landmark which Hitler moved to its present location as part of his bid to transform Berlin into the world capital Germania.“For him [Hitler] it was the symbol of German supremacy and victory against Denmark, Austria and France,” Rainer Brüdele of the liberal FDP party told the Bild am Sonntag. “It makes me wonder if Barack Obama was correctly advised in using the victory column as the location to talk on his vision for global cooperation.”I found out that the altar from Pergamos was rebuilt inside of the Pergamon Museum in Berlin."In the 1880's, about 100 years ago, a German archaeologist working in the city of Pergamum removed that throne, that Satanic seat, from the hillside and took it to Europe. Today it is visible yet in the Pergamum Museum in...East Berlin"."The Pergamon Museum (German: Pergamonmuseum) is among the museums on Museum Island in Berlin. The site was designed by Alfred Messel and Ludwig Hoffmann and was built from 1910 to 1930. The Pergamon houses original-sized, reconstructed monumental buildings such as the Pergamon Altar, the Market Gate of Miletus, and the Ishtar Gate, all consisting of parts transported from the original excavation sites"."Museum Island (German: Museumsinsel) in Berlin, Germany is the name of the northern half of the Spreeinsel, an island in the Spree river in the centre of the city..."The final museum of the complex was constructed in 1930, it was the Pergamon Museum, . The museum contains multiple reconstructed immense and historically significant buildings such as the Pergamon Altar and the Ishtar Gate of Babylon. In 1999, the museum complex was added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites"The "Giants" depicted on the outer parts of the throne. Note the snake like tail.""Pergamon. The temple was dedicated to the greek god Zeus. The Pergamon Altar was shipped out of the Ottoman Empire from the original excavation site by the German archeological team lead by Carl Humann, and reconstructed in the Pergamon Museum in Berlin in the 19th century, where it can be seen alongside other monumental structures such as the Ishtar Gate from Babylon"My question is, does this represent Satan's throne? Shouldn't that be in Rome instead of Berlin?I remembered that Pergamos was willed to Rome by Attalus III in 133 BC, so I searched for more information on that. What I found ties in with Rev 13:1, It says, "And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy." The name of blasphemy is Pontifex Maximus. It was first used by Nimrod at the Tower of Babel, and has been used by the leaders of the empires of Babylon II, Media-Persia, Greece and Rome."In the late fourth century (382 AD), after the Eastern emperor Theodosius established Greco-Roman Christianity as the official religion of the empire, the Western Emperor Gratian renounced the title of Pontifex Maximus (he was the also last of the emperors to hold that title). Almost immediately afterwards, the bishops of Rome took the term and have used it ever since."Since “Pontifex Maximus” was a pagan title signifying the greatest (maximus) bridge-builder (pontifex) between mortals and the gods, it seems that when the Roman bishops started to refer to themselves this way that it was clear to the faithful of the true Church that this could only be done by one who so exalted himself like the “man of sin” the Apostle Paul had warned about (see 2 Thessalonians 2".

"After the death of Belshazzar in 539 B.C., the Persian Emperor Cyrus conquered Babylon and forced the Babylonian princes to flee to Pergamum. They continued their reign there as priest-kings of Babylonian paganism. In 133 B.C., Attalus III, the last Babylonian King to rule in Pergamum, willed his dominions to the Roman Caesar, and the kingdom of Pergamum merged with the Roman Empire along with Satan-Nimrod’s throne and the title “Pontifex Maximus.”...
"Thus, the Roman emperors, like the preceding Babylonian emperors, now served as priests of Babylonian paganism, and bore the title Pontifex Maximus.
"For centuries, Pergamum remained the site of Nimrod’s throne. With the appearance of Christianity, Babylonian paganism threatened the early Christian church of Pergamum as related in the Revelation given by Jesus to His Apostle John, who referred to Pergamum as the seat of Satan’s throne which is Nimrod’s throne...
"In 376 A.D., Gratian became the first Roman emperor to refuse the idolatrous title of Pontifex Maximus. He presented the Babylonian Throne, or Satan-Nimrod’s Throne to the bishop of Rome.
"By this time, the Roman bishops had advanced in political power, and in 378 A.D., Bishop Damasus was elected Pontifex Maximus, becoming the official pagan Babylonian priest seated on Satan’s throne in Rome. As such, the bishop converted the pagan Babylonian temples of Rome into Trinitarian Christian churches and introduced the worship of Nimrod, Semiramis and the god-incarnate son (i.e., Tammuz) under the respective titles of “god the father,” “god the son” and “god the holy spirit.” All the pomp and ceremony that existed in ancient Babylon was now practiced as Roman Trinitarian Christianity.
"Before the Babylonian conversion into Trinitarian Christianity, the early Christians were a small cult surrounded by numerous Babylonian pagan temples. Historians, however, relate the amazing “overnight” conversion of Romans to Trinitarian Christianity, which coincided to a remarkable and unprecedented disappearance of paganism. In actuality, the Roman pagans did not convert to Trinitarian Christianity; but rather, Bishop Damasus exercised his authority as head of Babylonian paganism in Rome, and replaced all the Christian elders with pagan priests and continued the practice of the pagan Babylonian Mystery religion under the name of Trinitarian Christianity. Henceforth, all the bishops of Rome have donned the robes of Nimrod along with the title of Pontifex Maximus."
This ties in with Rev 17:5, 10-14. Referring to the time of the Rapture, it says, "And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH...And there are seven kings: five are fallen (the leaders of the Tower of Babel, Babylon II, Media-Persia, Greece and Imperial Rome), and one is (Ecclesiastical Rome), and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not (i.e., Satan), even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition (the False Prophet). And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they (i.e., those just caught up in the Rapture) that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful."
Get ready, the Rapture is near.
