Based on the photos in my cancer healing post, several have asked me why I have not prayed against the gray hair, or for thicker hair.

My answers:

Gray hair: If I could find a Scripture promising me non-gray hair, or that it is a sickness, with confidence I would surely ask and receive!  On the contrary, it says, "The beauty of old men is the gray head" ( Proverbs 20:29).  Aren't I beautiful?  God said it, so admit it!

Thin hair:  But who wants fat hair?  But I am in good company -- with Elisha no less.

From there Elisha went up to Bethel. As he was walking along the road, some youths came out of the town and jeered at him. “Go on up, you baldhead!” they said. “Go on up, you baldhead!” He turned around, looked at them and called down a curse on them in the name of the LORD. Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the youths" (2 Kings 2:23-24).

So if you make fun of me, you had better watch out for bears!
