Along with the 5768 and GREAT WAR encoded near each other, there is also the word ACHAREI,  that I overlooked, crossing HAROSH.  ACHAREI means AFTER and HAROSH  means THE HEAD.  This can mean that the Great War will occur after the head of the year, Rosh Hashanah, which is after the typical end of the year of 5768.
