"Left Behind Letters"

Thank you Cliff for your encouraging comments.  I would like to comment to Michael that yes – people will be left behind because of their refusal to obey God now.  But you must understand that God loves and grieves for every soul that will be left behind.  But there WILL be those who will resist the beast and will be martyred for Christ during the great tribulation.  It is an act of mercy to offer information, guidance and prayer for those who will be left behind.  There are numerous scriptures in Revelation that depict a great number of souls that will stand up and die for Jesus during the tribulation.  These saints (to-be) will not have the benefit of having what we have today, numerous pastors, Bible teaching churches, etc.  Any information we can leave them now will be life-giving for them in the time to come.  As much as I hate to think of the persecution and killing of martyrs – I hope and pray there will be millions of them to the glory of God – who would rather die at the hands of the antichrist than end up in the lake of fire forever.  Even though they will be left behind, if we can leave them something to encourage them to refuse the antichrist and serve God to receive eternal life – we should do it.  I have family that refuses to believe now; but I’m not giving up on them.  My biggest prayer is that they will remember my warnings and receive Christ before they die – even if they must suffer and die for their belief.  Imagine if you were in their shoes – I think I would really appreciate someone who had the love and foresight to give me the correction and encouragement I need to live for Christ regardless of the consequences.  I see it as a privilege to try to bless those in the future and leave a legacy of meeting people in heaven who might not have made it if it weren’t for our trying to reach them now and after the rapture.

If we really believe He is coming soon, we should do all we can to reach people now – as well as after we leave.
