My pleasure, brother Dave!  You’re right, most doctors aren’t Christian, but when a heart surgeon sees the miracles that my Richard ascribed to the Lord, happen against all odds again and again, they start questioning it!  Dr. Bhatia calls Richard his “miracle patient”, and Richard calls him his “miracle surgeon”!  Dr. Bhatia told me before Richard’s first of three open-heart surgeries that after the surgery, when they unhook the arteries from the heart & lung machine, and hook them back up to the heart (which they used to totally remove from the body and work on it—several surgeons at the same time—on a shelf), they have to “jump start” the heart with the paddles to get it to start beating on its own again.  All three times, the INSTANT the arteries were hooked back up to Richard’s heart, it began beating ON ITS OWN without the paddles!  Dr. Bhatia told me Richard sure has a strong will to live, and he is quite a fighter, because I have NO idea how few patients in all his years of surgery have had their heart start on its own!  He stays dumbfounded with Richard!
