Dear John and Five Doves,
Rev 12:12 "Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. "
I wanted to let you know that satan has had me in his cross-hairs for awhile. His attacks on me have been most brutal. I can only believe that I must be doing something right! He wouldn't give me the time of day if I was following him. I just wanted to encourage those of you who have been under attack. I would like to recommend that all of you to please put on the "Full Armor of God!" In Eph 6 it says:
Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Eph 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Eph 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
Eph 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Eph 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Eph 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
Eph 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
These are not just mere words. This is TRUTH! The devil will attack you when you least expect it. Just because you are a Christian doesn't mean you are free from attack. Quite the contrary. The devil will attack you harder. He hates you! He wants to destroy you and everything you believe in. We don't have to retreat when the devil attacks. We don't even have to advance. Hebrews tells us in Heb 3:6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
How much time do we have before the Rapture? Who's to say. I'm guessing any second now. With what little time we have left let us all learn to be victorious. Don't let the adversary get a foothold in your life. The devil is nothing but a coward and a bully.
1Jo 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
"GLORY BE TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST FOR EVER AND EVER!!!"
your servant,
mike
