I pray you'll be able to go to his funeral and tell others of his love
for God.  This would be a wonderful thing to do.

It seems many on this list are losing loved ones now.

Oh God, bring us to that place where every tear is dried.  We so need
Your peace!  We so long for our loved ones to be resurrected!

Someone also wrote about animal friends meeting us in Heaven.  I have
one too, Nubicat, whom I want to be there.
Nubi was a great comfort to me in times of illness.  He had a short
life, as he had been an alley cat who adopted us, and we did live on a
houseboat where there were other animals preying on him.   A raccoon
got him, we think.

Our life in the world is like Nubicat's, with predators constantly
threatening, with early deaths like Ian Mallett's.
