Don't miss the prophetic importance of this.  The UN is dumping the ancient
"Lex Mercatoria" (Law Merchant) statutes and replacing them with a UN
treaty--revising ancient law so that the UN can control the sea lanes.  This is
a move toward world government.  Trmember the biblical "merchants of
Tarshish?" They are locking up the oceans to prepare for total control of
humanity.  It is a move to enslave the human race.
