In this program Gary Stearman and I discuss Daniel chapter 7. Danel_s vision of four beasts from the sea is one of the most important prophecies in the Bible. This was the vision that John expanded upon in the Apocalypse. Daniel saw them in the order of a lion, bear, leopard and dreadful beast. But John saw them in reverse order. The fourth beast will attempt to circumvent the messianic kingdom, and John emphasizes that part of the prophetic picture as he describes a world government headed up by the Antichrist.
