This Morning's Impressions:

Immediately upon awakening this morning, I had a thought.  Now that is not unusual, but this just happens to be the time that I receive my greatest revelations.  And yet, I can in no way declare that this is a revelation.

The thought was:

The main purpose of these "disaster drills" named Valiant Shield and Topoff, are to be the "cover story" for military mobilization just prior to our military attack (Iran, North Korea, or Syria).
 

 These had to be scheduled months in advance and "just happen to be" at the time of a new moon.  The darker skies of a new moon are the preferred time for the use of our stealth aerial weapons.  There would be no other reason to include Guam in any disaster drill, and our activity in Canada would only be for defensive purposes against Russia.
 

The Iranian propaganda of some sort of attack against us on October 12, was propagated as a defense against our plans,  along  with the increased Russian military aerial activity.
 

Now, since "something happened" on September 6 in Syria, many plans might have changed.  I read this morning that Secretary Rice was just in Russia, and is now in the middle east this week, I would suspect that no attack will be made.  That is, unless  you hear of her rapid withdrawal from that region.
