Heard an explanation re the restrainer from one of pastor Chucks group.
THe restrainer can not be the Holy Spirit because then people could not be saved during the trib. So therefore it has to be the church. After thinking about it I agree. We are suppose to be the salt and the light. Also the scripture that states the good man is taken away and no one takes it to heart.
 
The good man is taken away to spare him from the disaster to come.
