I have been thinking about the 5 goat vision again and believe that the 2 with marks on them represent a second hit. NY and LA. Perhaps LA is being hit now if the fires were started or assisted by something else then the Santa Anna winds.
 
It seems to me the 5 cities are Seattle, LA, Houston, NY and perhaps Miami. All post cities. I do believe we should be sensitive to the date 11/11 also.
