I remember a church service when Iwas around 7 years old. A lady stood up in the middle of the service and spoke boldly that Jesus was coming soon. That was quite amazing since this woman usualy was very timid and had a stuttering problem. She did not stutter during her prophecy. We did not have anything like that in our Missionary Aliance Church, so it realy got my attention. That was around 1957.
 
In God's timing that is nothing. Remember, a day with the Lord is like a thousand years and visa versa.
 
So how soon is now? If we misinterpret prophecy, a dream or a vision we become discouraged. So we have to properly interpret them. 2008 being broken to pieces does not necessarily mean it will not arrive. It more than likely means war and disaster. The things that were once held together will fall apart. Like the economy and national security.
 
I would interpret now as get ready now, don't wait or you will not be alert when the time comes. It does not mean that it will happen exactly in a couple days. Be ready now to live a life that will have you prepared and not ashamed when that day arrives.
