It seems that the recent comets all have great spiritual meaning in their names. I will not go back and review them all, but the new comet made me wonder if there was anything prophetic about it. The name Holmes, according to an online dictionary of surnames means "Meadow lands near or surrounded by water, grassy plains; sometimes an island."
 
   There is one reference in the Bible to a meadow, and that is Gen 41 :2 and 18:
 
 2And, behold, there came up out of the river seven well favoured kine and fatfleshed; and they fed in a meadow.
18 And, behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fatfleshed and well favoured; and they fed in a meadow:
 
   This is from the dream Pharoah had which Joseph interpreted to be about the seven years of plenty followed by the seven years of famine. Perhaps the seven years of plenty are at an end and the famine is just ahead.
