My Dad's first cousin was quite a "rounder" in his youth.  He was not a Christian, was a very handsome man, very personable and had a very"good" time.  He had a dream and he told me God showed him hell.  He never described it to me.  He said it was horrible and indescribable. He did say that dream led him to faith in Jesus.  I believe God uses whatever means necessary to call us to Him.  That may be a vision of Jesus.  It may be a vision of Heaven.  It may be a "trip" to hell.  But I know one of my favorite people is with the Lord thanks to his trip to hell.
