"Narnia"
Dear Doves,
Praise the Lord for a new day and let all the earth clap
its hands and all creation sing! I was thinking about some of the
previous posts regarding spring-like weather and new blossoms. Here
in Kentucky where I live, it is supposed to be a time of watching fall
leaves turn and grass and plants to become dormant. However, in our
area the leaves are mostly green, grass is lush and growing and I have
been watching some daffodils by my pool bloom (today there are three flowers).
In fact, all of the flowering plants around our home are in full blossom.
I thought it was odd but reasoned that because of the severe drought we
had this summer the bloom cycles were off a little. While that my
be the case, I couldn't help but think about the story by C.S. Lewis; The
Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Right before Aslan returned to
Narnia, the snow and ice began to melt, the buds appeared on the trees
and the flowers bloomed. All of the creatures who were waiting for
his return knew these were the signs of his coming back. Regardless
if this spring-like weather is coincidental, the signs of Jesus's return
are so obvious you almost have to close your eyes every day not to see
them!
Psalm 65:11-13 says, "You crown the year with Your goodness,
and your paths drip with abundance. They drop on the pastures of
the wilderness and the little hills rejoice on every side. The pastures
are clothed with flocks, the valleys are also covered with grain, they
shout for joy and they also sing (!)"
I believe that the earth is so excited for the return
of the Messiah! All of creation waits and groans for the revealing
of the Messiah and the heirs (us!) of salvation! Hallelujah!
Jesus is coming back! He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords!
The Alpha and the Omega! He will make all things new!

P.S. To Jeanette: Regarding the meaning of certain constellations
(saggitarius) the Prophecy Channel online has a very good program on celestial
signs and seasons by Dr. J.R. Church and Gary Stearman. Go to the
Prophecy in the News website and click on signs and seasons part 2.
I recommend researching constellations, astronomy ect. from a Christian
perspective and from Christian teachers and scientists than delving into
the secular astrological/astrology areas. Hope that helps! God bless you!
