"Thank you Peggy!"

Dear Peggy-

Thank you so much for the sweet welcome!  I read the Doves letters every day and it just encourages me to hear so many other believers are getting ready for the soon, soon, soon return of Jesus.  It is so important to be watching for him and have our oil filled and lamps lit!

Sadly, I see that there are many Christians who either don't know about, do not acknowledge or simply reject the soon coming of Jesus, specifically the rapture.  Some think Jesus is coming for "the church".  I believe He is coming for His bride!  A bride who has made herself ready in holiness; with a pure heart and clean hands.

A few weeks ago I was running in the mountains near our home and I had an image of heaven flash through my mind.  I thought maybe it was just a lovely imagination in sync with the praise music I was listening to.  I "imagined" a room filled with many gorgeous books.  One angel was taking down some books from a shelf and I recognized these books as my husband's, my two daughter's and mine.  Each book had a different, very glamorous cover and I noticed that my girls' (ages 11 and 8) books were about the size of address books.  The angel that took them down then handed them to another angel who I guess was one of our guardian angels (I don't know how I knew that but I did) and they both were grinning these enormous grins.  I suddenly "knew" that the Lord was making a list of those Christians He was taking in the rapture.  I honestly thought it was simply my own imagination and told my husband about it that evening.  We then talked about the logistics that must go into a massive operation like the rapture (my husband is an army aviator) and how it is likened to a massive military deployment (or draft).    The next day I was watching Manna Fest with Perry Stone and he was preaching on the rapture and prophecy and  stated that there is a book of remembrance (Malachi 3:16) in heaven and it was his belief that this refers to the list of beleivers the Lord will take in the rapture (or who will make up the bride of Christ)  Here is Malachi 3:16-18:

"Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another and the Lord listened and heard them.  So a book of remembrance was written before Him, for those who fear the name of the Lord and who meditate on His name.  "They shall be Mine," says the Lord of hosts, "On the day that I make them My jewels.  And I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him."  Then you shall again discern between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him. (NKJV)

Even if the bridegroom tarries, how wonderful it is to know He will come at the appointed time!  So wonderful to have such a nice site to glorify the Lord!  Keep looking up sister!
