letter contained. BTW: I really enjoy to listen to Mike McIntosh on K-Wave
every afternoon.

Smith a close friend of his:

BACKGROUND:

This past Sunday Morning at CCCM Pastor Chuck read a letter to us that he
just received from his friend in the IDF. Here is the summary

CURRENT SITUATION:

   In July,  at a Syrian Base, while attempting to attach a war head with
   WMD's to a missel the war head blew up killing dozens if Iranian
   Technicians and Syrian Soldiers. What's interesting here is that the
   Syrians said the explosion was due to the heat of the desert. The only
   problem with that was that the explosion took place at 4:00 in the
   morning. Not too hot at that time of the day.
   In July, Israel launched a secret spy satellite that has the ability to
   see a bug on the ground. When they received images back from the Syrian
   Desert the analysis were shocked at what they saw. They saw evidence of
   enriched uranium about to be put into a bomb. North Koreans Technicians,
   funded by Iranian money and protected by Russian Air Defense Systems
   were the keys to this project.
   President Bush was notified but needed "hard evidence" before allowing
   an attack.
   Israel Commandos dressed as Syrian Soldiers breached the base and
   obtained some samples of the material. It was concluded at a lab what
   they suspected.
   President Bush gave the go ahead.
   F-16 Fighters from Israel went in and utterly destroyed the complex.
   Using secret radar jamming equipment on board as well as radar jamming
   aircraft over the Med they disabled the Russian Air Defense System (nice
   to know the Russian Stuff Still Does Not Work).
   North Korea demanded action by the UN and were the most vocal. By this
   action,did they tip their hand inadvertently?

FUTURE SPECULATION:

The IDF Officer then went on to give Pastor Chuck his opinion of the
possible next prophetic event on the calendar.

   The complete destruction of Damascus will likely occur next. He did not
   give details as to why, but I suspect that if the Iranians decide to
   sacrifice Syria, to deflect attention away from them, and Syria is
   successful in launching a nuke or WMD against, let say Tel Avi, than you
   know what will happen to Damascus. Again, this is my speculation.
   The players are all in place for the Gog/Magog War, but the IDF Officer
   says that this will not occur until the change of the next US
   Presidential Election. If we elect someone who pulls our troops out of
   the MideEast, as he says, the rats will come out of their holes.
He believes that the rapture will occur at any time now as well. I think
that this is the wild card in the whole scenario. If the rapture occurs
this year, we probably will not wait until the next Election to leave. We
will be so decimated by the rapture that by default we will come home. All
bets are off after the rapture as to the above prophecies and their timing.

That about sums it up. If I missed anything, perhaps, someone else who also
heard Pastor Chuck reading the letter can add to this.
