To all,
I just wanted to say thank you for all your prayers about my wife's dad dying of lung cancer. He died this past Saturday and we had the funeral this past Monday night. I had no doubt that if the Lord wanted, he could have healed him, but he had other plans. We had the service at a funeral home that is usually for Buddhist (I am in Japan as I write this) with many of her relatives being Buddhist. We had a Christian Service and for many of them, it was their fist time to hear the Gospel and the hope that it brings. Buddhist Funerals, are so final and depressing offering no hope. The Lord planted many, many seeds from the feedback I have thus received. In fact, this Sunday, my wife's sister is going to go to Church. I am returning tomorrow to the US, so I cannot attend. She is so very close to receiving the Lord. PLEASE pray she will come to him! Anyway, thank you for your prayers. The Lord's will was done!
