I saw a short blurb yesterday or the day before that Russia has finalized
an arrangement with Libya (Put of Ez. 38) to "cooperate in the oil and
gas spheres". So, the Alliance is now pretty much in place, with maybe
the exception of "Ethiopia". Behind the scenes, I'm sure it's totally in
place.
