I thought I’d drop a note about this because it takes into consideration both the Feast of Tabernacles, which runs October 7th – 14th I believe and also into November as America and the discover thereof, Pilgrims, Puritans, etc. Who left there land, and everything they knew to travel across the sea and risk all to find God and freedom to worship him.  I’ve found many documents talking about the possibilities that the Pilgrims celebrated Thanksgiving as a sort of Feast of Tabernacles.
