If you are not already praying for protection and I assume you are, then I suggest that every day ( mornings ), that you pray for God to protect you from spiritual, physical and financial harm for that day. I have been doing this for years. I have to admit that some days I forget, as my day gets busy and the cares of this world distract me. But most days I remember. I not only pray for myself but my wife and children and other family members.
I have just prayed for you both and I hope others of the Five Doves family will also.
This is not a rebuke, it's just that I know that we all forget to pray about certain things, as I have, and when things go wrong for me, I think back and realise that I didn't pray about it. This has happened to me more times than I care to remember. But if you get into a regular routine of praying about preventing these attacks I believe the Lord will honor it.
