John Nelson, who I've always enjoyed his posts (10-26-2006), and Jean Stepnoski (10-27-2006) help point out that if the dead in Christ are raised first, and this event is the 7 day warning , then this coincides with satan's purported attempts at raising the dead on hallow's eve, of which he has failed, but he is the ultimate counterfeiter.  So the dead could rise 7 days before the rapture.  Makes sense to me.  One note, even though we continue to have hallow's eve on our calendar for October 31st, the real date according to the sun, (as this all goes back to sun worship),  is half way between the autumn equinox and the winter solstice.  Incidentally May 5th keeps popping up too for half way between the spring equinox and the summer solstice.  Anyway,this halfway event is on November 7th, 13:22 UT, 2006.   However, if no one is observing November 7th, then how will people recognize "God's snake swallowing up all of satan's counterfeits"?

Also, another thought.  After meditating on the many words regarding the seven day warning similar to that given by God to Noah, counting back from 11/8/06, or 2/17/767 (Hebrew), I asked myself what was actually the sign of Noah?  Yes, God spoke to Noah to gather all animals, 7 pairs of the clean and 2 pairs of the unclean.  Yet the sign to the unsaved world would have been seeing animals acting quite abnormally.  The lion laying down next to the lamb and all crowding into an Ark.  Likewise, if we are to wait to witness to this world till 11/1/2006, of us watching for the coming Messiah on 11/8/2006, it is to prepare their hearts because of what they will see on 11/1/2006 with their eyes.  What better (eye)witness can their be than everyone's own eyes?  As we are witnesses of our own salvation, we can be witnesses to others.  If others witness something that they cannot explain, that opens the door for us to explain it to them and for them to also believe in something that is not yet seen.
