Re:"What Does The 7 Pointed Star On Jordan's Flag Stand For Which Is Represented By The 7 Sided Minaret To Be Built On Temple Mount?"

My first thoughts, like I'm sure many others, were of the Bible verse:

When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)  Matthew 24:15

A warning to flee for the inhabitants of Jerusalem in 2007 when this is built?

But then noted that Amman, the capital of Jordon, joins the cities of Rome and Moscow as being built upon 7 hills:

And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.  Revelation 17:9

I realize that Rome is the more common interpretation.

And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
Revelation 17:10

While most interpretations go pretty close to the same, the "Times of the Gentiles" by Joseph Hubbard, (published 1919) has the seven kings, which we understand as being the same as the book of Daniel's "Man" having Babylon (1) being the head of gold.  This is followed of course by the Medes and Persians being the breasts (2), the Alexandrians being the belly, (3), Syrians and Egyptians being the brass thighs (4&5), then Rome (6), followed by the Turkish (Ottoman)  Empire (7).

So again, a deviation from the Roman Empire interpretation.

These are countries, not that have ruled the Earth, but have ruled THE LAND belonging to Israel.  Note that the legs are NOT the two branches of the Roman Empire when IT split into the western and eastern half.  But more so it is THE LAND that was split into the northern kingdom of 10, keeping the name Israel, and the southern kingdom of 2 tribes, going by Judah, (the Jews).  Just consider for a moment that the end time, just before Jesus comes back, THE LAND will be split into 5 toes (countries) for the southern kingdom, Judah.  I wonder whether the 5 toes of the northern kingdom represent 5 countries where the northern kingdom (Israel) now resides.  One way or another the 10 toes would be 10 non-Israeli kings having dominion over Israel's land and/or Israel's people.

One of the points I wanted to make was that the recent posts by Jim Bramlett and Rene:

Rice Dividing the Land:
http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/oct2006/jim1013.htm
http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/oct2006/rene1014.htm
http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/oct2006/oct.htm

Is that we could shortly have 5 kingdoms in the promised land or maybe even 10 kingdoms with controlling interests in the promised land.

And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.     Revelation 17:11

And the same referenced book states that the 8th who is of the seven, is (paraphrased), the spirit prince of Babylon, the first king.  But when Babylon originally fell, this spirit prince devil follower of satan lost his kingdom and went down into perdition until his kingdom was restored, as he had no where else to go.  Scary thought!  As while Babylon was not thought to have a chance to become a great city, or country, ever again, just a few years ago, things change.  Revelation goes on to state

And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.  Revelation 17:12

These ten kings would be the ten toes.  And the beast would be the antichrist.

Which Bonnie Gaunt obviously had a very thought provoking post Oct 14th that the number of the antichrist (666) which is said to be the number of a man.

Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.  Revelation 13:18

And that man happens to be Jesus Christ.  Which to many on first hearing sounds like the ultimate blasphemy.  However, she makes a good case mainly using Gematria.

(My own two-cents is that it has been noted that the name Jesus uses for Himself more than any other is, "Son of Man".)   But regardless we know that the antichrist will imitate the true christ.  Consider that while the main city in Judah/Israel was and is Jerusalem (which means the city of peace), the main city in Babylon was and most likely will be in the future, Bagdad, (which also means the city of peace).

But back to the book regarding the 8th king, the antichrist, the beast, being the 1st king from a resurrected Babylon.  This older (1919 publication date) conclusion appears to be the same one reached by other recent posts:

and especially:

I think many of us, myself included, had been overwhelmed by the evidence of how much the "Babylon Mystery Religion" is the basis for much of the tradition in the Catholic, and yes let's admit it, the Protestant churches from where most of us found our faith.   Yes, we understand that Rome had much of the Babylon mystery religion as the basis of their traditions and these same traditions were given new "christian" meanings to facilitate the "christianization" of the masses.  But how is this different from how secret societies throughout history have the true meanings of their traditions hidden from all but the select initiates with innocuous meanings given to those traditions for the mollification of the masses.  How do we know this isn't true?

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
  Revelation 18:4

Yes, my own background being Protestantisim, where many of us have tunnel-vision, as did the founders of the Protestant Reformation for that matter, that the seven hilled city was Rome and the antichrist would be the pope, was the pope.  We learn later that the word "baptize" means "immerse" but we can make allowances for expediency.  We read that after God created everything he rested on the seventh day and blessed the day and commanded that in rememberance we keep it holy.  Yet we continue to remember and observe, Sunday, the first day of the week, the day dedicated to the Sun, Ra, (ray) the supreme deity of the Babylon mystery religion.  We were told that Jesus broke the commandment for resting on the seventh day and that the seventh day was made for man, not man for the sabbath.  Yet it was expediency that Rome kept their day of worship, Sunday, when Christianity was made the state religion.  And those two greatest Holy Days of the Christan faith, Easter and Christmas?  Many Christians who aren't even "Sunday" Christians are "Easter" and "Christmas" Christians.  Yet we discover that Easter was celebrated by Rome long before Christ even died.  It was a fertility festival with eggs and rabbits named after Easter or Ishtar that I don't need to go into everything such as Lent except to draw attention to the terrible practice of sacrificing the illicit babies that were born 9 months after Easter in memory of Easter's son who died at the age of 40 from a wild boar.  How much longer can we delay judgment for us in the United States for our own sacrificing of millions of babies before they are born on the alter of expediency?

Another point I wanted to make regarding the posts by Jim Bramlett and Rene is that I took the words, "Rice Dividing the Land" and found their English Gematria (A=1, Z=800) was 1023.  I didn't try any other word combinations and I just wanted to see if this would be a tool, much like people in the Bible casting lots to find the will of God, quite successfully I might add, for God to reveal more to me about this act.  I found the roots of 1023 to be 3, 11, and 31.  The book, "The Arithmetic of God" has 3 = Resurrection, 11 = Judgment, and 31 = Offspring or Seed.  Of course the whole point of Jim's posts was that this action will bring swift judgment (11) from God against the United States.  I hadn't done much regarding 31 and found in "The Arithmetic of God:":

Noah's name occurs the 31st time when God said unto him, "Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth.  (Genesis 9:1)

That is the United States great sin.  We have hope though that all those souls we sacrificed as we disobeyed God's commandment to be fruitful, will have an opportunity to take part of the coming resurrection (3).

I had posted back on October 5th:

http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/oct2006/tedp105-1.htm

which included:

What about Today’s Israel?  The watershed date for Israel was taken as June 7, 1967 when God gave the Temple Mount to Israel and Israel refused to possess it.  Counting 40 prophetic years from this date, (instead of 39), including this date, (6/7/67 + (360*40) - 1), brings us to November 8, 2006.  This could well mark the Rapture with the beginning of Jacob’s troubles, the tribulation, beginning also this day, or after 3 days.

What about Today’s United States?  The watershed date for the United States can well be taken as January 22, 1973 when the Supreme Court ruling on Roe vs. Wade legalized the aborting of a pregnancy for the purpose of killing the child.  Likewise, does the United States have 40 years to repent?  If we can use the same analogy to add 40 prophetic years, (including the date), to January 22, 1973 we come to June 25, 2012.  Non-Christians are probably asking, “Why do Christians always seem to take the topic back to “abortion”?”

(The answer is because we serve different masters.)

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.  John 8:44

Although still looking towards November 8, 2006, but consider that the majority interpretation has been 40 normal years brings us to 2007, and 2007 is the year that the 5th and largest Minaret is planned on being built on the Temple Mount.

In like fashion consider the majority interpretation of 40 years from January 22, 1973 for the USA would bring us to 2013.

Consider the 7 Day/Years warning posts by Libby Ashmore:

http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/oct2006/libbya1013.htm

http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/oct2006/libbya1014.htm

I don't know if this was sent to John the day before or the day of the post, so that would mean either 10/20 (Fri) or 10/21 (Sat).  My count on the years though is 2006 (now) plus 7 years is 2013 which coincides with the 40 (regular) year count above.

Shalom,
