If you go back and read the 2 Kings passage there is something that does not seem to fit. At the beginning it says that Hezekiah serves the Lord and takes down the high places.
I see something else in these verses. Long ago, a 22" statue of Isaiah was given to President Truman. I ran for my Bible and found the passage above. It goes with the asteroid impact of Rev. 8:10. Here is the way I interpret Isaiah 22:16-19:
"What hast thou here? (i.e., the Harlot World Church in the city of Babylon in Iraq) and whom hast thou here (the Satan-possessed False Prophet), that thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here (at Babylon), as he (Satan) that heweth him out a sepulchre on high (in a stone), and that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock (an asteroid left after his planet, Rahab, was blown apart)? ...Behold, the LORD will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee. He will surely violently turn (the asteroid)! and TOSS THEE LIKE A BALL into a large country (Iraq is large compared to tiny Israel): there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord's house. And I will drive thee from thy station (in orbit) and from thy state, shall he pull thee down."
Rev. 8:8-12 says, "And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire (a piece of Satan's asteroid that split apart) was cast into the sea (the Mediterranean): and the third part of the sea became blood; And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven (the larger piece of the asteroid), burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; And THE NAME OF THE STAR IS CALLED WORMWOOD: and the third part of the waters became wormwood (means bitter); and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter. And the fourth angel sounded, and the th! ird part of the sun was smitten (i.e., obscured by smoke), and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise."
