What struck me is that you say "the morning I first wrote this down, I just did it, with no particular reason, except that it made sense to me to write those words."

My original intent was to simply bring an article by Jan Markell to the Doves' attention. My comment was an after-thought that basically "wrote itself". Who put the words at my finger-tips? I see no benefit to Satan so it very-well may have been the Holy Spirit. And it too made sense.
I feel drawn to this date 11/08/06 (or the way it is written in much of the world, 08/11/06) more so than any previous dates we considered - an excitement that says "I want to go" regardless of concerns for family and pets; a "get your house in order" kind of thing. And the voting? Well, perhaps it's one last thing we can do for those not joining us, yet.
