TWO BRAZEN PILLARS

 

 

  1Ki 7:21  And he set up the pillars in the porch of the temple: and he set up the right pillar, and called the name thereof Jachin: and he set up the left pillar, and called the name thereof Boaz.

 

 BOAZ--(name of the left of two brazen pillars), = "fleetness" ( ancestor of David, kinsman-redeemer to Ruth, daughter-in-law of Naomi)

 

 Jachin (the right pillar)= "He will establish"(Prepare,)   (a priest and the head of the 21st course in the time of David)   21st Century???

 

 

 

1Ch 24:6 - 19  These [were] the orderings of them in their service to come into the house of the LORD, according to their manner, under Aaron their father, as the LORD God of Israel had commanded him.

 

Each pilllar was 18 cubits high, erected in the porch of Solomon's temple . 18 CUBITS X 18" PER CUBIT= 324  (1+1+8+2+6=18)

 

(324 inches divided by 12 = 27 feet.  The number 27 on the Biblewheel site: http://biblewheel.com/GR/GR_27.asp

 stands for "Pure/clean, Light, Hath told, Riddle, Quench, Weep/Bewail.")

 

27 is also the sum of 11 +8 +2+6.  (or 3 x 3 x 3 x 3)

 

 

 

And to the Church of Philadelphia, Jesus said:  Rev 3:12  Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, [which is] new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and [I will write upon him] my new name.

 

  1Ki 7:22 And upon the top of the pillars [was] lily work:  so was the work of the pillars finished.
