"Prayer Request for Marilyn Agee"

Dear John and Doves,

The enemy of our souls knows there is little time left for his harm to be directed our way.  Those who are in key roles for getting the Word out and encouraging us in our watch are especially targeted.  John, I suspect that you are often the target of fiery darts.

We Doves need to pray consistently for blood bought protection in these final days for our own households and for God's messengers (John and Marilyn Agee especially).  I am sending a portion of Marilyn Agee's correspondence with me that explains her silence on the Web recently.  Please hold her and her household before the Lord's throne regularly as you pray for your own household in these trying times, Doves.  She is a courageous woman who needs our support, just as John is a courageous man who deserves the same prayer coverage.  Please consider the following in prayer:

Many thanks for your prayers. Not only could I not get on line lots of times, I couldn't upload to my web site. That happened once before when I had to get a new computer and download my FTP client program again.

I have wished I never heard of DSL or setting up a home network. I bridged the modem, and that helped some. The first router wasn't being recognized by my computer, because the power light blinked constantly. The second router had a bad connection on the first of 4 Ethernet sockets. Last night, I finally took out that cable and put it in No. 2. The router light finally turned white, as it should be, instead of orange. I ran the Network Setup Wizard again on my computer, then on Ed's, clicked for it to ignore a disconnected cable, and finally got both computers online with DSL. So far, it is holding up. Whew! what a battle. I'd go to bed with them online and wake up to fight again to get them back online. I couldn't do it some days. The Modem cable is properly connected to the router by my computer, but not to a Gateway that Brandi has on her computer. That caused a connection problem until I clicked for the setup Wizard to ignore the discon! nected cable.

Just as I was feeling better about the whole thing, the car broke down big time today, had to be towed home. It looks like the engine is gone for good. I had a hunch that I should finish my article on the Temple location before trying to install the DSL. That turned out to be a good hunch, probably put in my head by the Lord. I have had nothing but trouble ever since. He would have known what was coming.

Ed hasn't gotten a motorized chair yet. We should hear from SCAN soon, but if it is like the motorized lift recliner, they just never answer. David found a broken-down lift recliner at a thrift store and has had to fix it about three times, but it serves the purpose. Maybe the Rapture is close enough that Ed can manage without the motorized chair. He is afraid to go out much, afraid he will get "stuck" like he did at Farmer Boys. It took three of us to get him in there that day.

I sure hope the Rapture is soon, if not Cheshvan 17, then between Kislev 24 and 27. In Noah's day, it rained 40 days. Forty days after Cheshvan 17 (Nov. 8) is Kislev 27 (Dec. 18, 2006).

Agape,

Marilyn Agee
