"FW: Prayer Request"

Dear friends:

A reader asked that I forward this as a matter of urgent prayer.  I confirmed the need with the church.

Prayer is the answer but I am also going to advise them of the terminal cancer reversals recorded on my Web site at www.choicesforliving.com.

Hi, Everyone!  I am forwarding this prayer request to everyone on my email list.  These are friends of ours from our church here in Niceville.  They have 3 children - Micah is almost 2, Ethan is 4, and Hannah is 6.  They are desperate tonight for a miracle.  PLEASE pray for them all, especially little Micah, and PLEASE forward this on to everyone on your email list as well.  God is bigger than a 20% chance of survival, and we know He can heal this little boy who needs all of pur prayers.  Thanks to all of you!

Subject: Nate and Jackie update

For those of you who know Nate and Jackie Crimmins, they have a son who is very ill. Micah is at a children's hospital in Birmingham and tonight we found out that the dr. confirmed Micah has stage 4 cancer.  The type of cancer he has is very aggressive in children and they gave Micah a 20% chance of survival.

They are going to proceed with treatment (chemo, etc.) but they know it will be very hard on his little body and the cancer has already spread throughout his head and stomach.  The family will continue to live in B'ham for the next few months.  They have two other young children who are there with them as well. Nate has taken a leave of absence from work (he's an Air Force pilot).

The crimmins have a home in bluewater and Jackie is going to come back this weekend to pack some things up and take care of the house etc. The church is aware of the situation and is trying to coordinate how we can all best help the family at this time. Nate and Jackie were incredibly distraught and upset tonight, as you can imagine. Micah is only 2 or 3 years old and I think this is one of those things that you never imagine could happen to your child. PLEASE pray for them all this week, Micah will need a miracle to recover from this.
