Germans Claim Israeli F-16s Fired Upon One Of Their Ships. Dangerous sign of things to come.

Fighter planes have been flying overhead fairly cosistently over the past week or so. There is a tremendous increase in activity over these last few days. We can also hear renewed fighting in Gaza, and there have been new campaigns into the northern parts of the Gaza strip as well as along the Egyptian border in the attemp to stop the flood of weapons being poured into the area by Hezbollah.

Dan Halutz, the IDF Cheif of Staff said this past week that the Palestinians are bulding an underground city with bunkers, and tunnels that run as much as twelve meters deep. Russia, Syria, Iran, and Al-Qaeda have all been found operating in the area supplying weapons and training.

On a very distrubing development, Germany’s Defense Ministry announced Wednesday that two Israeli Air Force jets fired at a German navy vessel off the coast of Lebanon. The Germans assert that two Israeli F-16s conducted a fly over of a German ship and fired two shots past it. The official also said the F-16s used infra-red flares, part of their anti-missile systems, to protect the planes from being shot down.

There is some speculation that the German ship may have fired at the planes first, attempting to follow through on French threats to shoot down Israeli planes if they continue to fly over Lebanon.

The IDF spokesman's office explained that a helicopter had taken off from the German vessel toward Rosh Hanikra, Israel's northern coastal tip. The helicopter had not identified itself according to protocol and F-16s were therefore scrambled, though no shots were fired.

This is in my mind an ominous sign of things to come. As I have written previously, I see a very real threat in this multi-national peace force (UNIFIL) in that if Israel even defends itself it will be seen as an attack on a nutral peace keeping nation. Of course as we have seen since it inception, UNIFIL has refused to disarm Hezbollah, or to stem the flow of weapons into Lebanon from Syria and other provocatures. What they have promised to do is shoot down Israeli fighters instead.

This places Israel in a very dangerous position.

Syria is not only working furiously to re-arm Hezbollah in Lebanon, they are also making moves to topple the Lebanese government in order to reassert themselves as the defacto dictators of what they consider a satellite state.

Iran continues to make outrages statements, such as MadMood Ahwannajihad suggesting that Europe correct the mistake that they made in allowing a Jewish state to be created, by now wiping that state out of existence. This he assured them would bring peace to the world. My fear is of course that many people will fall for this logic and press harder for their governments to oppose Israel and to take action against us.

Ahmadinejad declared that the women of Iran need to stop working and stay home and produce children. He wants to see the poulation of Iran exceed 120 million in order to grow in strength and numbers while western countries continue to have a negative birth rate. His goal is world domination by any and all means possible.

Irans "Spritual Leader" warned all Islam to be ready for whatever evil the U.S. is planning on unleashing against the Muslim world. The U.S. is in the P ersian Gulf with a huge contigent of war ships for "war games" to be conducted at the end of the month. Iran has promised something spectacular, but of course they always do. Islam always launches a war of words in an attempt to wear down an enemy, but those words will no doubt spill into action when they feel the time is right.

With the present leadership crisis in Israel, the time may just be right.

The series of criminal charges levied against Prime Minister Olmert has now included 240,000 shekels paid to his wife in 2004 for work as a social worker with a private company for which there is no evidence she ever stepped foot in their offices or ever produced a single paper of the supposed recommendations she was "hired" to formulate. I do not believe there has ever been a more openly corrupt government than the one Israel has today.

What discusts me the most is the fact that Avigdor Lieberman, a supposed right wing activist, has tak en his party into the government coalition almost certainly giving Olmert a majority in the Knesset that will make it impossible to unseat him or his wretched Kadima party. In the meantime, the enemies of Israel are moving rapidly to formulate their plans and put everything in place and this government has the same incompetent and corrupt "Kings and Queens" in place that are leaving us unprepared for the coming actions against us.

Israel has a deep seated problem in a government that controls so much power over private sector and wealth creation that no one dare try to punish them or usurp their authority.

God is going to deal with this situation, and He is going to allow tragedy to befall Israel as the only way to dislodge this cancer upon the land and people of Israel. It is going to be very difficult.

While everything may appear quiet, I would call it the quiet before the storm.

Please remain prayerful, and watchful. As the Lord s aid, He has placed watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem, and they are to take no rest, or give Him any rest until He has made Jerusalem a praise in all the earth.

You don't need to be here to be stationed on those walls, your position is in the spiritual realm, and your weapons are prayer and intercession. Give the Lord no rest until He fulfills His word.

God Bless,

Neil Cooper
