On my diagram or map I have three witnesses starting from Rosh Hashanah 1999 (7 years), 2005 (400 days), and 2006 (40 days + 7 days).

 

There is also a fourth.

 

The famous 40 years from 1948 to 1988 (Edgar Whisenant) is 29 years back from 2017 or 18 from 2006. This is the next number of Phi--4, 7, 11, 18, 29.
